Manaus- Uma ossada humana foi encontrada na tarde desta quinta-feira (09), em uma área de mata no bairro Valparaíso, zona norte de Manaus. Uma mulher foi até o local e identificou que a ossada se tratava dos restos mortais de seu filho identificado como Fenix Maciel de Mendonça, 26, que desapareceu no dia 6 de janeiro de 2020. 

Segundo as informações, policiais da 13° Companhia Interativa Comunitária (Cicom), foram acionados para atender uma ocorrência de  encontro de cadáver, quando chegaram no local encontraram os restos mortais. A ossada estava em uma área de mata próximo a um barranco.

Uma mulher identificada como Rita, foi até o local e identificou a ossada de seu filho pela roupa que estava no local. A mulher afirmou que o filho estava desaparecido desde janeiro de 2020.

A mulher disse ainda que em vida, Fenix tinha envolvimento com o tráfico de drogas. O Instituto Médico Legal (IML) foi acionado para fazer a remoção da ossada humana. 

O caso deve ser investigado pela Delegacia Especializada em Homicídios e Sequestros (DEHS).
